1. How does your rental service work?
Choose your outfit, book it for your event date, and either pick it up or opt for home delivery. Wear it, enjoy your event, and return it within 24–48 hours.
2. Do you offer trial or fittings before renting?
Yes! You can book a trial appointment at our store. Some outfits can be altered slightly to match your size.
3. When should I book my outfit?
We recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance, especially during wedding or festive seasons.
4. What if the outfit doesn’t fit me properly?
We provide basic size adjustments during trials. Once booked, no major alterations can be made.
5. Is dry cleaning required before returning?
No, we take care of all cleaning. Just return the outfit as-is (unless it’s damaged or extremely soiled).
6. What if I damage or stain the outfit?
Minor issues are fine. However, major damage, tears, or permanent stains may incur extra charges or replacement cost.
7. Do you offer home delivery and pickup?
Yes, delivery and pickup are available at an extra charge (subject to location). Contact us to confirm availability.
8. Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹3000 is collected for each rental. It is returned after the outfit is inspected.
9. Can I cancel my booking?
NO, cancellations are not allowed based on our Cancellation Policy.
10. What if I return the outfit late?
Late returns will incur a fee of ₹[Insert Amount] per day. Please inform us in advance if there’s a delay.
11. Can I rent accessories with the outfit?
Yes, matching accessories like dupattas, jewelry, and bags may be available. Ask during your booking.
