1. Booking & Payment
- A minimum 60% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be cleared before or at the time of outfit pickup/delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for each rental and will be refunded after inspection.
3. Rental Duration
Standard rental period is 24 to 48 hours from the time of pickup/delivery. Extensions require advance approval and may incur extra charges.
4. Outfit Usage & Responsibility
Renter is responsible for the outfit from pickup to return. Items must not be altered, cut, or cleaned; damage or permanent stains will incur repair costs or full market value charges.
5. Fittings & Alterations
Outfits come in standard sizes. Basic fitting adjustments may be allowed upon request; custom alterations (if offered) are chargeable and non-refundable.
6. Pickup & Delivery
You may collect from our store or opt for paid delivery (subject to availability). Delivery does not include trial or exchange on arrival—please inspect and report issues within 2 hours.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for timelines and refund conditions; generally, last-minute cancellations incur no refunds.
8. Return Conditions
Refer to our Return Policy for condition and timeline requirements; late returns may incur fees or be considered lost items.
9. Liability
We are not liable for allergic reactions, fitting issues, or delays due to events beyond our control
10. Legal
Any disputes shall be governed by the courts of [Your City/State], and this Agreement includes an arbitration clause and class-action waiver.
