1. Delivery Availability

For areas outside our coverage, pickup from our store/studio is required.
2. Delivery Charges

3. Delivery Timing
Outfits will be delivered 1 day before your event date unless otherwise requested.
Delivery window: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
4. Pickup After Use
We also offer outfit pickup service (on request), subject to availability and applicable charges.
Alternatively, you may return the outfit in person at our store within the agreed timeline.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the outfit and sign the confirmation.
- Please inspect the outfit upon delivery and notify us of any concerns within 2 hours.
6. Delays
We strive for timely deliveries but are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Unavailability of recipient
- Third-party courier delays (if used)
7. In-Store Pickup Option
Customers can collect and return the outfit directly from our store at no extra cost.
Please bring your booking confirmation or ID proof during pickup.
